Next to your preferred default payment method choose Make default.

From the navigation bar choose your account name and then choose Account. Youd think itd be a link right underneath saying this is where you go to remove old cards but no. Completely agree with you the product is good but this method of removing cards should be scrapped and redone in the very least put a link to this page on the page where you add a new card in.
